Returns
- Please check your order upon receipt. Please report any claims to Activon, Inc. within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
- If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please contact Activon, Inc. at 1-800-841-0410 for an exchange, replacement or refund. All returns must be pre-authorized by one of our customer service members.
- All returns must be made within 45 days of date of invoice.
- All returns must be clean and in resalable condition.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Shipping, freight, service charges, hazardous charges and drop-ship fees are non-refundable.
- All returns are credited according to the original method of payment
Damages or Shortages
- Report all claims, shortages or damages immediately to our customer service staff.
- Keep damaged product in the original shipping carton for inspection by the carrier.
Defective Products
Defective products that will be replaced by the manufacturer are acceptable to be returned. The manufacturer MUST be called prior to accepting the product back.
